The Ridge View girls basketball squad faced a talented Newell-Fonda team and played them tough for a half before succumbing to the Mustangs. The Raptors trailed only 15-11 after one quarter and 29-21 at halftime. Newell-Fonda would outscore Ridge View 21-7 in the third quarter, however, to grab a 50-28 lead after three stanzas. The Mustangs finished the game strong to come away with a 69-39 win.
