Ida County Conservation Center put on a program for a young crowd of children ages two to five years old. The program was titled “Pip-squeaks” and it was all about turkeys. A story was read by Danielle Bennett along with hands-on activities. The children got to feel real live feathers of a turkey and see turkey legs with the bone spur. Danielle’s son Harry Bennett proudly told all about what his Mommy does.
