  • Tours: On their way back from the FFA Convention, Ridge View students toured the Iowa State Dairy Farm. They walked around the entire farm and got to learn more about how it was run. They were shown where they store the milk and the cattle barns. For their second tour, they went to the CUP (Centralized Ultrasound Processing) Lab and learned how they use technology to measure the ribeye area, fat thickness, and percent IMF (marbling).
